ABOUT
ME
ME
with a degree in Fashion Design and a minor in Visual Merchandising from Central Michigan University. I have since launched my own brand, Metairon, where I design collections and offer alteration services for clients. My Brasilian background has shaped my appreciation for diverse fashions, body types, religions, and races, which deeply influences my design approach. At Central Michigan University, I founded VERGE, an editorial fashion and lifestyle magazine, where I led the creation of five successful issues during my tenure. VERGE is now three years old, producing 140+ page issues. My global experience includes a fashion internship in Namibia as well as designing and dressing for New York Fashion Week. I received "Best Construction" and "Best Overall Collection" awards at the Threads Fashion Show, one of Central Michigan's largest events.
I am a Brasilian fashion designer
Additionally, I have leadership experience as an Assistant Manager for Buckle, where I managed a team and developed strong organizational and customer service skills.
The diversity of my experiences —
from working internationally to leading creative projects—has cultivated essential skills in adaptability, problem-solving, and leadership. My exposure to different cultures and perspectives allows me to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments, bringing a fresh and inclusive approach to fashion and design. Whether managing a team or collaborating across disciplines, my ability to navigate fast-paced, creative workplaces makes me a valuable asset to any organization.
